"Wonder what the occasion is," I commented, looking back up to the fireworks. "Maybe if I payed attention I would have known though. So much for an educational trip," I joked. The main reason my parents ere so enthusiastic about me going. And they wanted me out of the house. Wouldn't they love to see mehaving fun and getting drunk. They'd be so proud... not. But I didn't care.
