At work, I'm off and on all day -- depending on how bored I get!
In the evenings/at weekends, I'm on probably between 1-2 hours.
I'm much better than a couple of years ago -- I used to be on from 6-9pm every week night and then from the time I got up, to the time I went to bed almost, at the weekend!!
