Actually it's a bit more complicated. You have to save the picture as a jpg image on your comp. Than get online, and go to a site called
www.imagestation.com . you will there be able to upload the image to the internet. Then follow the directions to upload. Once it is uploaded you can view it in your storage bin. Then you can right click the image and scroll down to properties. copy the URL of the image. Then once you have that, go to the edit html of your web log entry and type in
<img src="WHAT THE URL OF THE PIC IS"> and the image will appear.
