Those things are actually not a very healthy choice because they aren't a "whole" food since they are so overprocessed.
Sounds like you made some very good choices.
One note about yoghurt is that if it's flavored yoghurt, you should make sure that it doesn't contain an artificial sweetener (like aspartame) or gelatin (which is a meat product).
