Thanks for all the help, i got fruit, veg, some low gat yogurt, porrige,

I always drink skimmed milk, never had full fat , oh & i drink 2 letres of water a day..look at me trying to be all healthy hehe

Yes whole grain bread is best too..i havn't had white bread for like...2 days

Frusli, is that an american brand , i was gonna get some fitnesse bars though but i wasn't sure if they were really that healthy hmmmm
