Veggies of course. And get lots of water.

I eat a lot of whole-grain bread, which is good.

If you are thinking of meat, I'd stick to turkey or fish; Try to avoid a lot of red meat.

I don't know about your grocery store, but ours has a specific Health Food aisle where you can find low-fat or low-cal versions of regular food, like pastas and cereals and drinks and things like that
