the real question is how does Katie find out about Emily and JJ, would JJ brag about it or bring it up in retaliation to Cook or Freddie.
or would Emily tell her herself, but then why would she want Katie to know, or Naomi for that matter.
so as much as i'd love for it to be kept a secret, it's not going to and it looks like Emily won't even tell Naomi about it so...
