Kristen Bell already agreed to sign on. Apparently they already began to talk to Jason. Of course they would, they arent stupid, and know half the reason why the audience wants a movie is because of LoVe. I doubt many would watch if they didnt get the proper ending to the Logan/Veronica storyline.
