I like the way he handled the pink posse situation. You can see he's not happy about it and he's worried about Justin, but he lets him do what he needs to do for himself, trusting that ultimately Justin knows what's right and what's not.
Something I love is that Jennifer asks him to put some sense into Justin and also Daphne goes to him for help. I like to see the 2 most important women in Justin's life recognize Brian's role and importance in Justin's life.
