what's your favorite Evi interview? And why?
My fave Evi interview would be the one she did this May, on Jimmy Kimmel, when she ate a Subway sandwich. She was just glowing, and I was absolutely thrilled when she took the sandwich and ate it right there, and parts of it kept falling on her lap, it was one of those moments when you realize how normal and down to earth is, a person you can relate to.
