Father's Day today, my Dad's 60th birthday Tuesday and then Christmas coming up. Well, today's taken care of, I know what he'll get for his birthday (I only have to buy it but I will do that tomorrow). But on top of that Christmas? I'm running out of ideas.
Karen - yeah, a home costs a lot of money, so I understand if you had to give up shopping for a period.
I have a fairly expensive apartment (it's rental and the rent is pretty high), and it means I must cut back on some other things like travelling for instance. But I like the house I live in (nice, quiet neighbourhood that still is very central, close to both work and stores).
Linds - I keep wondering whatever happened to this fall? I never knew where September went and now we're in the middle of November.
Is this a sign of me getting old?
