The problem with fanfic archives, or anything like that, really, is that they use PHP. The problem there is that Geocities/Tripod/Angelfire don't let you use PHP. You'd need to pay for a domain and such... Then, you can download PHP/Perl scripts for archives/forums, etc, and tweak them with HTML.
