Trust me I'd really want them together now, only to satisfy my need for shipper instant gratification.
But S3 is the one and I'm calling it. It worked for Pacey and Joey, and for Jim and Pam. Any sooner and they'd end up apart like Mila and Ashton in That '70's Show and Ben and Misha in The OC. (I don't know their characters' names, sorry -- I never watched those shows!)
Which season did Mulder and Scully get together? It seemed to take forever. It was even later than S3, wasn't it?
