I think I found your reference last night and I wrote it down but left it at home. IIRC, it's at the beginning of Chapter 42 and Murphy and Dresden are talking about how Butters would complain about trying to fix Kincaid by saying, "I'm a doctor, not a pasta chef."

Still can't find the other one I was thinking about. Pretty sure it's near the end of a chapter in the first half of the book.

ETA #2:
I think I found mine (although it's way different than what I was thinking). Just before the end of Chapter 15, Dresden is talking to Sanya and referencing the movie Excalibur. He says, "Merlin was the only good thing about that movie. That and Captain Picard kicking ass in plate mail with a big ax."
