I think he goes to hook up with this girl but B see's him and he see's her. He tells the random he is sick and goes after B. They have a big confrontation and she tells him she loves LM. Later on to make himself feel better C goes to hook up with that girl again but can't let what B said go as he knows she is lying and decides to fight for her, he's better but not for the random but B.
