In the bones pilot when B & B have decided to start working together Booth says " Spit in my hand, we're Mulder and Scully". Brennan answers of course with " I don't know what that means" .
It would have been cool if M & S actually did have a spit in hand moment, but they seem to prefer other ways to exchange spit.
