I think E/J would've really worked. They seemed to have a love-hate thing going on with each other, like they'd always be in denial about being friends, and so it would've been interesting had something happened at some point.
I think a good time would've been the summer after S4, when Donna and Kelso left. The whole swapping partners thing would've been great entertainment
