Seven is probably the Doctor I have seen the least of... In fact, I've only seen him in the beginning of the DW movie and I had a hard time taking anything in that whole movie seriously
so it really wouldn't be fair to judge him on that alone. I've seen a few bits & bobs here and there from random episodes, but again, not nearly enough to really form an opinion.
