Technically almost everyone is, and if you work on a non-sag project, you can have sanctions and things placed against you, or fines, or nothing....it's very political. For instance, if you take a hot commodity like a portman or a SL jackson, they're going to make you $$$, so you don't do anything, cuz you're still getting your cut, but someone like Oldman wants to play nice with the guild.
I'm still looking forward to more of the bonus materials.
