I love Owen, he is hot and a great match for Brooke. Victoria is a bitch, but I love her anyway - and again, her and Brooke are great. Milly is probably my favorite "newbie" she is just awesome. I wish her part was bigger. Um, I just realized all my favorites affect Brooke somehow.
I like Milly with Mouth too, though.
