Well, it's the 'beginning of a beautiful friendship' scene that comes before it.
K sure did not look wary in that cabana scene. I think the guilt came later. In the scene above, mmm ... Dylan had quite a reaction to that shoulder graze and had already done most of the pursuing in the prior episode, but I feel the touch wasn't so accidental on Kelly's part.
