Thanks NewMom for the information about the pictures, but I'm pretty sure the bottom one is not in Dawson's room since there are desks and several computers on a table in the background. I was definately thinking it was during Season 1 though because of the hair. When was the Concert on the Creek? Katie's hair looked familiar from an episode or photo shoot to me. She doesn't normally wear it that way on her own. So I was thinking the top one was between episodes or right before a photo shoot. I've never seen anything from the Concert on the Creek, so you may be totally correct NewMom.
