Michelle may be right, that Peter's comforting Claire after Noah's death
But Isaac's paintings don't always come true (ie, NYC didn't explode), so maybe Noah won't die and the kiss won't occur? Or maybe the kiss is an actual Paire kiss on the lips after they find out they're not related?
That's probably unlikely, as we're only in s2, but it's nice to speculate
