oh dear,don't ask me such tough questions
I did a lot of things to it...did auto enhance,tampered with brightness and contrast,color reduction,color balance,tone adjustment,color tone and I used smart blur to make it more "painting like" and last but not least I used a gradient fill (the pink things on top ) or something like that
