They wanted Marvin and Cowboy up, which is probably what she should have done.
Adria was really stupid with her nominations this week. No matter who leaves, she's going to have a very, very pissed off trio left to deal with: either Nik/Karen/Will or Nik/Karen/Marvin. Diane still has an in with both alliances, so I could definitely see her going back to Nik&Karen. The twins are basically screwed next week, unless Natalie or Cowboy wins HoH. A Diane or Drew win could
possibly be beneficial to them, but they'd better watch out if Karen, Nik, or Will/Marvin wins (and I hope one of them does.)
The reason I don't think Diane will necessarily stick with Nadria is that she's going to realize at some point that even if she does make it to the final two with one of them, the other one will obviously be voting for her twin, and will also probably be championing her twin in the sequestering house or whatever it is. If these people are going to get rid of Nadria they'd better get rid of them NOW and get rid of them BOTH.
