I was really not much of a fan of Lochley, myself. When I rewatched the Crusade eps on DVD, she wasn't
quite as annoying to me as I recall her being on B5. Still not anywhere near a favorite character, though.
Since I do like Galen, I'm glad he's in the story that's getting good comments.
