Another rivalry, besides this one, that immediately came to my mind when reading this thread title was
Knicks vs. Bulls, back in the day. There are no words to describe how much I *still* hate the Knicks, even now. During the Bulls' reign in the NBA, and when the Knicks were a semblance of being a "good" team, these games were definitely must-see-TV, as well.
