I just wanted to say that I've had a real Gunmen night tonight. The series is airing here at midnight on Tuesday nights, and I had a bunch of episodes stacked up on tape that I hadn't watched yet. So, tonight I watched "Planet of the Frohikes" and "Maximum Byers". I enjoyed both eps imensly. I hadn't really thought much of their series up until I saw those two eps. Don't get me wrong, I have always loved the Gunmen on The X-Files, but I just found them a little abraisve in their show, and the show in general to be a little lacking in plot and also pure heart of gold. But tonight, that was all remedied. "Maximum Byers" was just an absolutely heart-warming episode. I even found myself quite liking the idea of Jimmy and Yves together. I also really liked the guy they saved from Death Row. I hope his roaches are happy! The best part of the ep tho was Jimmy's little comforting speech to Byers at the end of the episode.
