As for JKR's comment....I don't know. She could mean the final "chapter" or the final "scene". In the last case she'd definitely mean the kiss, otherwise it's probably the fight/Cedric's death and how it affects Harry in the future books.

And about the Movie Maker: it's quite easy, actually. Click on "File" and then "import file". Browse for the clips you want to use. Then, you do the same thing with the song you want to use. Be sure that you mute all the clips ("Clip" --> "Audio" --> "Mute"). Then drag the song into the audio timeline below. After that, you can start dragging the clips into the video timeline. When you want to watch the video along with the song, just hit the "STOP" button under the preview screen and then hit "Play". When you're done with the vid, go on "File" and hit "Save Video". Done.
