Hm, I haven't seen that movie in a while so I don't remember if it was in it. But it's a song from the New Radicals. I actually have it in my iPod but for some strange reason (maybe since I was happier before) I never realized how sad the song really was until I paid better attention to the lyrics just now. It fits though.
