he(Robertson) doesn't know that Pete is Spider-man(i don't think so...trying to remember from the comic books) but he admires Spider-man and that's why he's always against jonah (editor?). he wants the people and jonah to see SPpider-man as the good hero....and that he respects Pete 'cause he's nice and is close to Spider-man. that's what i think...but he doesn't know his real identity.
