Actually that one wasn't wrong. It was a misunderstanding. The relationship was going to be done by the filming hiatus (not the actual airing hiatus). The filming hiatus started just before Christmas and according to spoilers the relationship is toast by Episode 13 which is the last episode they filmed before the filming hiatus. Not technically wrong, a mixup but not wrong.
