I found what George said to Izzie way below the belt however Izzie was pushing the boundaries a little so it wasn't really unjustified if you see what I mean. Glad they seemed to be okay with each other at the end, I kept thinking 'this better not end without some sort of apology from George' re: Denny. And I wasn't disappointed.
