aww, it's nice to hear a seasoned actor like Thewlis giving Rupert propz, yo. There's so much media attention focused on Dan and Emma -- probably because Emma is the only girl and because Dan is, duh, Harry Potter, but. Yeah. I agree with Thewlis, though. Emma was really awkward in the first two movies and she opened her mouth way too wide; in the third movie, she was more natural but I felt I was watching Emma Watson, not Hermione. Daniel in the first two movies was, er. Um. yes. He really improved in the third. Rupert, I thought, had the mugging-for-the-camera problem, but I fault that more to Columbus trying to make Ron a caricature instead of Rupert. He really toned it down in PoA and I thought ... I mean, despite not fitting some of the physical characteristics, I think he's really Ron-like. and, um, stuff.
