scientists have discovered an actual earth-size exoplanet called TOI 700d that has water, hydrocarbons, gases, other requirements present to sustain life. there's only one drawback...it's 1500 light years away. :it takes 37,000 human years to travel one light year at space shuttle speed, which is 5 meters per second. i guess we better start cleaning up this place.
