Titanic chef Charles John Joughin. He's the guy who was hanging on the stern of the boat next to Rose and Jack when the ship was about to go down.
In the actual history, he stayed in his quarters and got drunk, and then went out onto the deck as the ship was going down. He ended up clinging to an overturned lifeboat that was manned by the 2nd officer Charles Lightoller and several other crew members.
Lifeboat Collapsible B. They all got rescued.
