Have to see the rheumatologist again today, crossing fingers for no monthly shot, I was doing fine but yesterday my wrists started hurting again, so we will see what she says, she didn’t ask for any labs this time when normally she does to see if the medication is helping
ETA: and I have to do the biweekly injections
I thought it was monthly but she said it’s biweekly, I have to make a special appointment so they can show me how to do the self injection
I really was hoping I wouldn’t have to do the injections, but she said the medication is helping but I still have a lot of inflammation and swelling and the more my body is inflamed, the more chance there is of joint damage so she’s trying to get the inflammation down and she said that can only be done with the injection
