If they keep Esme around for a long time. I hope they develop her into a version of Elizabeth, Ava, Tracy, etc... but she keeps some of her villainess personality.
I still want her to get a love interest and that romance (maybe???) separates her from the young group. And I would love to see who her adoptive parents/siblings are and if they had/have any connection to Port Charles.
If Esme is "faking" her amnesia. Give Avery an emmy since she has fooled me from the beginning of this amnesia story.
