Yeah, she was born in Canada while her father was serving as a consulate there. She's not a Canadian citizen though as Canada does not give citizenship to children born there to foreign diplomats working on behalf of their country. Her father is a French citizen so she has French citizenship. She only lived in Canada for a year anyway.
