He did. Possibly the worst take he's ever given.
He was defending Rory and Dean for their actions saying they're young and in love. Basically, defending the cheating. And really being hard on Lorelai for how she spoke to Rory when she comes home and finds out what happened. The girls on the podcast were shocked he thought that and Amy especially hard disagreed, thankfully.
One thing though that Amy went on about I disagreed with and wanted to yell out about was she said Rory had no right to say to Lorelai that she slept with Chris when he was with Sherry becauae Amy said they were broken up. NO THEY WERE NOT. I hate when people do that. Yes, Rory sleeping with a MARRIED Dean is on a whole other level, but Chris and Sherry were not broken up. Taking time to think isn't broken up. Lorelai helped Chris cheat on Sherry and Lorelai knew the situation.
