There was a lot of changes physically for casting since they can't really find the exact description when casting someone from the movies although lately the casting for TV show and movies have been really impressive. There are some casting who doesn't even look like the description if based on books (and I'm not just talking about HP) but the acting is spot on so that's important. They can just adjust with makeup. It's a lot better these days compared to before.
