I'm very surprised they haven't revisited the couple after making them essentially the main pair for the first FOUR seasons. That's a long time.

I mean, there's only two real explanations for this- 1) RAS really did always prefer Betty and Archie? Like Kevin's meta explanation to the camera in that one episode?

Or...the actors offscreen split made the show change course.
