I have been enjoying the track events.
There have been 2 bad crashes but everyone seems to be not too badly hurt.
There has been a lot of cycling in the velodrome (an oval wooden track with high sides) and some cycling on the road as part of the triathlon. England has done well in the triathlon races. Alex Lee won a gold medal the men's race, Georgia Taylor-Brown won a silver medal in the women's race and England won the mixed relay (2 women and 2 men).
