Well, 2x05 would have been the real finale. There wouldn't have been 2x01 and 2x02 aka 1x19 would have kept it's original cold open (part of it was shown in the S2 trailer). The Aglaeca storyline would have been done, but it seems like Odette was going to be a thing anyway.
We probably would have seen way more standalones having to do with Carson/Nancy and the Archive boxes.
I'm not sure if the Bobbseys were always the plan...but maybe.
We also probably would have seen a much different Bess storyline. And maybe more Lisbeth? Although that relationship seemed doomed anyway.
ETA: There probably would have been a version of 2x01, but it wouldn't have had anything to with the Aglaeca storyline. Something else would have led them to Gorham Woods, so the Wrath could appear.
