Given that the 60th Anniversary will be the debut of the Fourteenth Doctor, I'm personally doubting that we'll be seeing any of the 'traditional celebratory trappings such Doctor or Companion cameos. We could see the return of classic or iconic villains, though, because their presence wouldn't overshadow the new Doctor.
