Are you kidding me?
Why on earth would they think Peyton came across as unlikable? Brooke is the one who came across as borderline evil. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Are they saying they wanted Brooke to act devious so Peyton could gain sympathy from the fandom? I don’t understand at all. Peyton was pretty popular from what I remember. Maybe some super young teens thought she was too moody or not so “wild and fun” as Brooke. But I feel most liked her? How could you not already feel for her given her family situation. Peyton was by far the most interesting character on the show for many. That episode when she bonded with Haley too was great. It showed the big heart she had. I don’t really understand what they’re trying to say.
