I can see the similarity between Deeks & Damon (TVD), as they share(d) the voice actor, and also between ECO & Ian... But Carter & Deeks... Or between the actors... No way
But they probably knew that it's NOLA's last season, so I don't think that they cared much about getting Carter a decent & different voice...
