Agreed with LBP's career choices, but I think the amount of success that both Brooke and Peyton should have been different. The writers also shouldn't have had more or less ruined Luke's coaching career by having him attack a student and his second book & the movie both shouldn't have both failed in quick succession.

Think Haley should have been a music teacher, which would have tied in better with her music/producer stuff as well.

Nathan should have moved into the front office once he couldn't play anymore, since Lucas already had the coaching stuff covered. Also could have had him play in the NBA for a bit if the time jump was longer.
