Yeah, exactly. It was kind of clear the entire season that they had been avoiding that difficult conversation so once they started to make progress with each other, they knew that the only way they were getting back together was if they had that difficult conversation. In 4x01, you could see that Wade wanted to try and forget about it, but his facial expression when Zoe told him that they needed to talk, it was clear that he knew it was coming, it was just a matter of when.
