I find it sad Ephram thinks Andy hates his Maternal Grandparents/Julia’s parents. The question is since Andy didn’t reveal if Ephram was right or not… to me it seemed like they had an understanding after their visit so what does Andy truly think of them?

Well, I think that there were years of resentment that had built up between Andy and Julia's parents once Andy started neglecting Julia in favor of his career, so I don't think that their finally reaching an understanding undid Andy's basic resentment towards them.
